3. Cancellation Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form in Part B of Schedule 3 to those Regulations, but it is not obligatory. You can:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The safety seal must be intact and unbroken
  • You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation

Please note: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements where the safety seal has been broken or the product has been opened, unless the product is faulty.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty or damaged
  • Not as described on our website
  • Not fit for its intended purpose

You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to report any issues.

6. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email at managers@sraxyloniz.world with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Send the product to the address provided

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For cancellations during the cooling-off period:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us

For faulty or incorrectly described products:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs
  • Contact us to arrange a prepaid return label or reimbursement

8. Refund Process

If you cancel during the statutory cooling-off period and you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you or, if earlier, the day you supply evidence of having sent the goods back.

For returns outside the statutory cancellation process (where applicable), once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, we will process your refund without undue delay
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise
  • Original outbound delivery costs may be non-refundable where you cancel under the cooling-off period (you may still be entitled to a refund of the product price in line with the Regulations); where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a full refund including delivery in accordance with your statutory rights

Please note: Bank processing times may vary. Allow up to 10 business days after we issue the refund for it to appear in your account.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken safety seals (unless faulty)
  • Opened or partially used supplements (unless faulty)
  • Products returned after 14 days from receipt (cooling-off period)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us

12. Damaged Packages on Delivery

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photographs of the packaging and any damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
